The ambient temperature under bias is separately defined for PEB 2023 and PEF 2023. The maximum limit values for line regulation VREF Line and load regulation VREF Load are reduced. The typical values are adapted. The maximum limit value for voltage stability of fOSC is reduced. The typical value is adapted. The test condition ambient temperature range TA is extended for temperature stability of VREF and fOSC. The sense voltage VSense of the current limit comperator is separately defined for PEB 2023 and PEF 2023.
