GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The DAC1233X is a CMOS 12Bit D/A converter for general applications. Its maximum conversion rate is 80MSPS and supply voltage is 1.8V single. An external 0.7V voltage reference(VBIAS) and a single resister(RSET) control the full-scale output current .
